Returns

We accept eligible returns within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unworn and unused
• Unwashed and free from stains, odors, or damage
• In its original condition with tags attached
• Returned with the original packaging, where applicable
• Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned after the 7-day period may not be accepted.

Wrong or Damaged Items

If you receive the wrong, damaged, or defective item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos.

For eligible issues caused by us, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, exchange, or refund.

Return Shipping

For returns caused by a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or customer preference, the return shipping cost may be the customer’s responsibility.

For wrong, damaged, or defective items caused by us, we will provide an appropriate return solution.
